book your holiday?
The
next step
- Please check
availability of your chosen property on our website. At this stage,
subject to availability we will be happy to confirm your booking with the
property owner or if required we can hold the property on an option for 24
hrs. Please also read the booking conditions which can be found on
our website.
- To confirm your
booking, you will be required to pay a deposit of 25 % of the full rental
sum. Total payment is required to confirm when your departure date is
within two months.
- An invoice
confirming all details will be sent to you. This will include a refundable
Security Deposit.
- Any remaining
balance after the deposit has been paid is due to be paid within two
months prior to arrival.
- Insure all
information given to us, is correct before sending in your booking.

your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and
meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide, such as
name, address and any special needs etc.
We take all
responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to
protect your information. We must pass on the information on to the
relevant property owner. The information may also be passed on to
security companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration, if
required by them or as required by law.
In making this
booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant
persons. We will hold your personal information and may use it to
inform you of offers in the future or to send you our newsletter. If
you do not wish to receive information in the future, please notify us.
